Most important tasks and responsibilities:

  • Identifies and delivers cost reduction opportunities in freight and warehousing
  • Monitors license use and compliance throughout the world-wide organization.
  • Establishes and recommends changes to policy and procedures.
  • Advises functional groups or customs and export regulations.
  • Responsible for 1 – 3 people locally incompany south of Boston

Educational requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher (Transportation or Logistics degree program is preferred

Additional requirements:

  • Looking for an individual with 5 – 10 years of experience in Logistics with Global import/export experience
  • Managerial or leadership experience
  • Strong logistics and import/export functional knowledge
  • Experience managing multi million dollar Logistics budget
  • Warehouse management experience is preferred
  • Distribution network optimization experience is preferred
  • Estimated 15-25% of time would be spent traveling

MECHANICAL ENGINEER

Most important tasks and responsibilities:

  • Responsible for static, dynamic design, and analysis of mechanical systems, equipment and packages.
  • Conducts feasibility studies and testing on new and modified designs.
  • Directs support personnel in the preparation of detailed design, design testing and prototype fabrication.
  • Provides design information to drafting for packaging documentation.
  • Follows standard practices and procedure in analyzing situations or data from which answers can be readily obtained.

Educational requirements:

  • BS degree or equivalent experience in mechanical and system design
  • must have minimum 3.0 gpa

Additional requirements:

  • Requires a BS degree or equivalent experience in mechanical and system design
  • Ability to work effectively within a multi-disciplined team to solve manufacturing/technical related problems.
  • Good oral and written communication skills.
  • Able to communicate and present to all levels of management.

Electrical Engineer

Location MASS

Most important tasks and responsibilities:

  • Work with product development teams, ASIC supplier, and customers to define, develop, and launch Automotive sensor products.
  • Support multiple new applications, defining use of existing ASICs and new ASIC needs.
  • Build and test prototype samples.
  • Work in teams to solve complex technical problems.
  • Create engineering prints and specifications.
  • Use computers to model device performance and visualize complex designs.
  • Apply statistical methods to data analysis.
  • Interface with customers on key design issues.
  • Work in teams to identify and implement the best possible solutions and support high volume production lines.
  • Design, develop, modify and evaluate electronic parts, components or integrated circuitry for electronic equipment and other hardware systems.
  • Determine design approaches and parameters.
  • Analyze equipment to establish operating data, conducts experimental tests and evaluates results.
  • Select components and equipment based on analysis of specifications and reliability.
  • May also review vendor capability to support development.
  • Follow standard practices and procedure in analyzing situations or data from which answers can be readily obtained.

Educational requirements:

  • BS Electrical Engineering degree required.
  • Must have min. 3.0 gpa

Additional requirements:

  • Knowledge of basic electrical circuits
  • Design creativity
  • Understanding of microelectronic assembly
  • Understanding of sensors assembly
  • Understanding of process control fundamentals and product test
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with team members while maintaining strong sense of individual responsibility.
