NGPF Fan & LPC CIPT Structures Integration
The Assistant Structures Integration Manager for the NGPF Fan and LPC CIPT within Compression Systems Module Center will have the following responsibilities:
- Defines the structural validation requirements that meet the customer and program goals
- Develops and ensures component requirements are addressed in the execution of engine verification and validation plans
- Breaks down and allocates the PSRD structural criteria and program requirements to the IPTs to ensure they are converted into specific achievable tasks
- Reviews component risks, identifies system mechanical risks, and develops/manages mitigation plans that ensure the structural requirements are achieved
- Provide technical leadership to IPTs, and stay current with IPT tasks via CIPT and IPT meetings
- Develops Module and part level certification reports supporting FAR 33 and FAR 25 requirements with IPT’s and Partners
- BSME or equivalent,
- MBA or Advanced Engineering Degree a plus
- Discipline engineer on static and rotating part families
- Minimum ESW Proficiency Level 3 in assigned discipline, willing to develop as part of IDP.
- Strong communication and organization skills required.
- Ability to lead multiple IPTs through influence and to understand customer requirements and translate into IPT requirements
