Description     Position Summary:
The Customer Master Data Management (CMDM) Manager is responsible for leading the IT team and collaborating with business leaders in the successful delivery of the Customer Master Data Management solution. This position is responsible for software selection, software development, global system implementation and definition of an ongoing maintenance and support strategy. The successful CMDM manager must be a strong leader and project manager with a diverse background in systems implementation (ERP, CRM, Business Intelligence and Master Data Management). The candidate is comfortable working with business implementers and leaders at all levels of the organization. This position has high visibility and accountability to senior IT and business leaders including the direct staff of the Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

Position Responsibilities Include:

• Reporting to senior IT management, this position works directly with the CMDM project leader to develop and execute the project plan
• Manages the overall software selection process (vendor score carding, request for proposal, statements of work and consulting services agreement).
• Drives the development of detailed requirements definition and system design documents.
• Works closely with the Infrastructure team in defining the solution architecture, performance expectations and system monitoring solutions
• Directs and leads the activities of three IT developers providing the overall vision, guidance, and regular coaching/mentoring
• Directs the work of and or manages external consultants/vendors and other IT staff assigned to the project.
• Responsible for the development of the CMDM - IT project budget, detailed project plans, cutover plans, and establishing the project processes.
• Ensures all CMDM - IT tasks in the project plan are on time and within budget
• Provides regular updates, project status reports and presentations to senior IT managers and key stakeholders
• Actively solicits, challenges and understands business needs, then advises and implements process and technical solutions.
• Translates complex technical concepts into basic business language and communicates to non-technical business leaders
• Documents all processes and develops standards and standard operating procedures (SOP’s) to assure successful implementation and ongoing user compliance
• Reviews test plans and facilitates test execution with key user groups to ensure that application meets requirements
• Works with vendor on bug management (validation, tracking, resolution, and implementation) and enhancement management.

Required:

• Ten or more years of demonstrated successful Information Technology experience in a high paced, execution driven, multi-business unit international business environment, with at least five years of business systems analyst experience
• Five years management experience with a staff of at least three IT professionals
• BS / BA in Computer Science, Business Administration or related degree or equivalent experience
• Solid understanding of data governance concepts, policies, and procedures
• Must be familiar with data cleansing tools (Trillium, Firstlogic) and data enrichment services (DNB, Acxiom, Experian etc.)
• Understanding of middleware and ETL technologies and tools
• Demonstrated project management experience leading major corporate initiatives (ERP, CRM, Business Intelligence etc.) with a variety of stakeholders
• Experience using defined project management methodologies
• Good understanding of the software development lifecycle
• Ability to influence decisions and negotiate upwards, downwards and sideways in a complex business environment
• Excellent verbal communication, written communication and presentation skills
• Excellent skills in Microsoft Office Tools such as Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, and Project

Preferred:
• High interest in candidates with prior experience leading at least 2 successful full lifecycle CDI / MDM engagements with technologies such as Initiate, Siebel UCM, Oracle’s Customer Hub, Purisma etc.
• MBA or Master’s Degree in Information Systems
• Good understanding of Lean Six Sigma concepts and principles
• Project Manager Professional certification
• Experience in data conversion in an ERP or CRM environment

Manager of Clinical Affairs

The Clinical Project Mgr will act as the clinical project lead, managing all aspects of multiple clinical research programs.

Responsibilities:

  •  Responsible for planning, developing and writing clinical protocols; creating and updating study documents; recruiting and training investigators; organizing and participating in FDA meetings
  •  Initiates and expedites clinical studies on products
  • Assists with design, development, and monitoring of clinical evaluation projects
  • Interfaces with investigators, site coordinators, field clinical personnel and sales representatives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a scientific and/or engineering field with a strong clinical or technical background
  • 3-5 years experience in medical device or pharmaceutical (preferred)
  • Prior experience in all facets of clinical trials

The Assistant Design Integration Manager for the NGPF Fan and LPC CIPT within Compression Systems Module Center will have the following responsibilities:

  • Defines the mechanical design requirements and system integration features that meet the customer and program goals, including module cost, weight, performance and other TPM’s
  • Integrate Customer and Nacelle interface requirements for the Module
  • Breaks down and allocates the PSRD design criteria and program requirements to the IPTs to ensure they are converted into specific achievable tasks
  • Reviews component risks, identifies system mechanical risks, and develops/manages mitigation plans that ensure the mechanical requirements are achieved
  • Provide technical leadership to IPTs, and stay current with IPT tasks via CIPT and IPT meetings
  • Controls the component configuration management in support of the CCB consistent with company standards.
  • Ensures all part and module level Product Design Reviews are conducted consistent with company standards

  • Ensures the processes for safety, maintainability, reliability, durability, and weight management are executed consistent with ESW.

  • BSME or equivalent,
  • MBA or Advanced Engineering Degree a plus
  • Discipline engineer on static and rotating part families
  • Minimum ESW Proficiency Level 3 in assigned discipline, willing to develop as part of IDP.
  • Strong communication and organization skills required.
  • Ability to lead multiple IPTs through influence and to understand customer requirements and translate into IPT requirements

Lead the development of CAE tools, specifically in the area of noise and vibration, and deploy them to engineering centers worldwide. Candidate will work as part of a strong core team of engineers that perform modeling and simulation activities in the areas of noise, vibration, system dynamics and motion control. Responsibilities will include:

• Develop and deploy state-of-the-art tools for system noise and vibration modeling, requirements allocation and robust design. Maintain and improve existing toolsets.
• Lead or support modeling activities for elevator and escalator system and component design.
• Work closely with corporate research center on advanced development projects and implement best practices from industry

NGPF Program - On Site Customer Manager: 60/40 splits

NGPF Program - On Site Customer Manager

The primary responsibilities of this position will be to lead the company’s propulsion system on site integration team and represent the company’s NGPF program office at the company facility in Montreal.
The daily focus will be on the coordination of propulsion system activities between the division and the other company division teams to ensure program objectives are met on time. This position will be accountable to CSeries program manager and will work very closely with the CT team to accomplish the following:

- Ensure the company meets and complies with Cseries Propulsion Requirements
- Establish and keep up-to-date Powerplant Integration plan
- Provide a regular consolidated status report to CT team
- Represent the company at division weekly Work Package meetings
- Ensure accurate and timely flow down to customer requirements to CT team
- Ensure company position on various programmatic and technical elements are properly communicated to the division.
